You can use Unravel Disclosures to delegate metrics to others in your organization to complete.

Each metric can have an owner and assignees:

1. Owner: This is the person who is accountable for completing the metric across all business facilities. A metric can only have one owner.
2. Assignee: This is the person who is responsible for completing the metric for a specific business facility, or multiple business facilities. A metric can have multiple assignees.

Creating an owner or assignee for a metric

1. Navigate the “Owner” and “Assignees” fields in the metric card.

1. Click the plus sign to see the full list of users within your organization.

1. Select or search for the user who you wish to assign as the owner or assignee for the metric. The owner and assignee will receive an email notification informing them that the metric has been delegated to them.

Creating owner or assignee for multiple metrics in bulk

1. Navigate to the Metrics Repository and use the check box to select all the metrics you wish to delegate.

1. After selecting your desired metrics, navigate to the ‘Actions’ drop-down menu and click on ‘Delegate metrics’.

1. Choose whether you would like to delegate the metrics to an owner or assignee, and select the user you would like to delegate the metrics to.
