Select “Refrigerant Emissions” and click on “Next”
Select the business facility associated with the refrigerant data and click “View / Add Data”. Users may filter to different company levels for different time periods.
Users will be asked if they have operational control over the facility’s HVAC system. If you have operational control, click “Yes”. If not, you do not need to input activity data for this scope 1 category, click “No” and “Save changes”.
Input the data for the different columns. Click on the tick to save data input.
At minimum, reporting period (start - end month), application and equipment type must be input by the user (select from the pop up box).
If domestic / commercial HVAC applications are selected, users must input either the gross floor area (GFA) of the facility OR refrigerant stock and units.

Note that the amount of refrigerant stock used and recharged will be averaged out over the reporting period (start - end month).
Users can choose to specify the refrigerant type if this information is known. If not, default refrigerants will be used based on equipment type selected.
Note that if data has been uploaded for any of the previous months within the data period indicated for the new data upload, users will receive an error pop up indicating data conflict.
To add additional data, click “Add row”.
After all refrigerant data has been added for that business facility, click “Save changes” and “Back”.
Toggle to the year of data reported. Dots within each month represent data completeness. Where data is present, the dots will be updated from red (no data) to green (data present).
