  1. Select “Employee Commute” and click on “Next”:

  2. Select the business facility associated with the employee data and click “View / Add Data”. Users may filter to different company levels for different time periods.

  3. Input the data for the different columns.

User have to fill in the following fields

  1. Start month [Mandatory] (select from the pop up box)

  2. End month [Mandatory] (select from the pop up box)

  3. Number of full time employees

  4. % of days working from home

  5. Average distance an employee travels per round trip (km) [optional]

Users can choose to specify percentage distribution of all employees' mode of commute if you have company specific data. If not, default percentages for employee commute (based on average national data of the country of operation of the business facility) will be used.

Remember to click on the tick to save data input.

  1. To add additional data, click “Add row”.

  2. After all employee data has been added for that business facility, click “Save changes” and “Back”.

  3. Click on back button to return to list of business facilities

  1. To toggle to the year of data reported, select from the dropdown. Dots within each month represent data completeness. Where data is present, the dots will be updated from red (no data) to green (data present).

  1. Head over to the Overview tab to view your emissions data!
