Where can I find my company’s Refrigerants data?

</aside>

This data can be found within systems in your company. The following table explains where you might find the information you need.

Scope 1 Where can you find this data?
Industrial Processes (Refrigerants) This data will likely be found in your HVACs/refrigeration equipment inventory and servicing/maintenance records. You are recommended to engage your Facility Management / Operations team(s) for this set of data. If your organization does not have dedicated Facility Management or Operations teams, reach out to the team responsible for building maintenance, HVAC servicing, or utility management. This data can be input onto our platform directly in the upload section under “Refrigerants”.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Check if you’re required to upload refrigerants data

Users are only required to upload refrigerants data if their or has operational control over the HVAC systems. Operational control means that the organization owns or directly manages the HVAC systems, including making decisions about their maintenance and usage. If an organization does not have operational control, users can skip the steps below, as uploading refrigerants data is not required.

Step 2: Upload preparation

  1. Go to Unravel Carbon and log in

  2. Click on “Measure” and “Upload data”.
